Indian Street Kids Charity

Thank you for your donation

We recently received a lovely thank you letter from Dr. A. Sridhar Reddy, at the SKCV Children’s trust in India. This was in relation to recent funds sent over to India, that had been raised here in the UK.

The money provided ensured twenty three students’ education was secured for the start of the coming term, as well as new school uniforms provided. The letter also talks of the students’ success in recent exams, highlighting the children’s enthusiasm for such a basic childhood necessity – to be able to attend school.

Greetings from SKCV Children’s Trust.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you very much for your kind donation. We are grateful to you and all the Trustees of SKCV UK. We will acknowledge the same once we receive in our bank account. This donation is much help to us, as it is deposited at the right time. Our children will join in the new courses as the academic year is going start in the coming month.

I am happy to inform you that all our Boys and Girls, who have appeared their 10th class (18 students) and Intermediate Public Examination (5 students) during the month of March-2018 have passed with the first class and some of them got distinctions. We have achieved 100% result this year with the good work of all the staff members.

The District Collector Krishna has appreciated our children’s performance in their Public Examination during the meeting held on 04-05-2018 at Collector’s office, Vijayawada and handed over small gifts to our children. We are planning to get scholarships to our children who are eligible from the concerned Government Departments.  All the Children felt very happy and they are very much interested to study further courses.

Thanking You once again madam for your continuous support to our children and the Trust.
